Managing the trust rating of suppliers of goods and services
The trust management of the suppliers of goods and services is managed using the SoftERP module "Suppliers". This module is used to formulate priorities for certain categories of products. According to the priorities, the prices are recalculated, as a result of which the most favorable offers are allocated. When managing a rating, suppliers are divided into four categories. The first is the main suppliers, that is, the companies that received the highest rating of trust. The second - suppliers of the second level. In this case, the category includes companies with an average level of confidence. Third - other suppliers. The third category includes companies with the lowest level of trust. The fourth category is banned suppliers. In this list there are companies that are excluded from the price list and do not participate in the recalculation of prices. The management of the trust rating of suppliers of goods and services allows to optimally determine the priorities and use only the most profitable offers available in the commodity market. This approach is aimed at a significant reduction in the final cost of production, which makes it possible to raise the competitiveness of the enterprise.
