Functions of work with a call
Call functions are a module of the SoftERP system, designed to provide optimal processing of telephone calls. The module's capabilities include incoming call queue management, operative switching of incoming calls while working in a group, simultaneous connection to several telephone lines, a number hold mode while waiting, and switching to various internal and external numbers, including automatic processing numbers received call. In addition, the function of switching to another operator serving the current task and switching the line to work for another task is realized. All these opportunities allow to optimize the work of the call center and create an adequate load for each operator according to its competence. This approach is aimed at improving the quality of call processing, increasing interaction with customers, which ultimately has a positive effect on the company's image and, accordingly, on sales. The call handling functions implemented in the SoftERP system module include the optimal set of actions that operators perform when processing telephone connections with clients.
