Timely verification of reserves
Checking product reserves is the process necessary for optimal store operation. Previously, in order to check the availability of a stock of products in a warehouse, it was necessary to conduct a re-account or approximately determine the availability of products according to documents. But this was not a guarantee of obtaining accurate information about the presence of a sufficient number of products in the warehouse, because the movements of the goods were not displayed in real time. Therefore, even frequent re-calculations, which also took a lot of time and effort, could not solve the problem in this area. Timely verification of reserves without laborious re-calculations became possible after the appearance of the SoftERP system. When it is implemented, a common database is created, which reflects all the movement of products and means in real time. In order to obtain the necessary information, it is enough to open the warehouse logistics module, and the user becomes available all the information on all positions of the products at a given time. Based on the information received, it is enough to form timely orders to suppliers and avoid re-deliveries. This approach has a beneficial effect on the work of the store and allows you to always satisfy customer demand.
